prices in germany never took off, they are smarter than that, infact over the last 10 or so years whilst the western world has skyrocketed house prices germany have remained the same give or take.
Germans are a lot smarter then the rest of the world and hence why they are bailing out the rest of the EU!!! (whom had property booms)
