Wdr hasn't had a cap raise for a while and I suppose people are reducing risk. Trading in a .365 to .415 range. Must be due for a insto cap raise. Trouble wdr is we know that roper has lots of minerals be none has yet to come out. That is still a few years away. Lots of money to be raised by then. What they need is other targets with lots of commods. Then this will fly again. Investers don't like old news
