For economic depression wondering if Mornington peninsula or Lorne or warnambool or merimbula would be affordable, and have enough natural water and produce for the local population . I would like to live frugally for a while and maybe buy a place with a garage so any ideas would be great and hopefully interesting for HotCopperites.
