aren't 3b's the same as a share split

After writing an email to Kevin Robertson, giving him some stick about watering down the company with 3b's and not putting out a placement to some willing Chinese partner, he decided to give me a call. During the call he actually thought that a 3b and a share split were the same thing. Are we in trouble?

I hope not big returns if he can pull it off. Lets face it, small explorers generally don't get access to 300 million.
