    "No they don't own one. Why would property owners want to see their properties lose value." .. so you know the majority of the bears and their personal finances? you are quite connected .. perhaps some bears think they would rather run the risk of losing value in a house they own than renting? You can own property but still have a negative outlook on it .. renting could be considered a worse proposition.

    And acorn .. no .. but if you think adding 8 trillion in debt (ie almost DOUBLING the nation's debt since 2008) against small job increases (and these are the lowest paid jobs and/or public sector jobs) has equated to some overall improvement then yes they have improved ... and if you do think that then knock yourself out to as much CNBC mainstream BS reporting that you want.
