I would think that with the offer up today, with no further extension and no announcement, the likelihood is 0% :)
Would be nice to get an update about the JV; uranium co's are tanking at the moment. Aura is actually holding up better than a lot of other explorers. Long term fundamentals are good re: supply/demand for U, just a matter of being patient I think.
