PDN stated they are quite happy to procede the ways things are, they have 90% stake in valhalla and skal, AREVA only have 10%
PDN said they have not been in discussion wirh AREVA at all since takeover. they obviously have no intention of doing so now and are happy with outcome.
now SMM is left illiquid, SMM directors all accepted PDN offer, and now SMM has lost quite a substantial amount of value.
