I totally agree. $10m is not an amount that Areva would put in a stock to make a small gain. My opinion is what they have done, buys them time to evalauate and decide their next move. The deal with Polo was an easy/clean way in. Simple as that. The interesting fact is that even a total takeover is still not big $$$ for Areva, so will they then make their move early or play the waiting game....time will tell.
