    PRINCIPAL ACTIVITY
ARF plans to produce Biodiesel by managing a planned roll out of Biodiesel
plants within Australia. It is expected that production will commence in
Adelaide in November 2005 and in Picton in March 2006.

BIODIESEL: Biodiesel is a clean burning alternative to mineral diesel fuel that
is produced from renewable resources such as animal fats and vegetable oils
(Fat) including (but not limited to) canola, soybean oil, palm oils, tallow and
used cooking oils, all of which may be referred to generically as Fat.

ARF intends to sell Biodiesel into both the established European market and the
emerging Australian market. The initial plants in Adelaide and Picton will have
the design capacity to produce 44.4 Mlpa each.

ARF has an exclusive five year contract with Godiver, a European trading house,
which contract gives to ARF the option to sell up to 120,000 tonnes per annum of
    Biodiesel (approximately 135 Mlpa).
