In what way do you think management at AMU have performed badly. I am curious. I attended the AGM and was very impressed to be honest. Yes, the share price has not performed well since its highs of about 12 months ago, but share price and management performance are often not correlated. There is often a lag. I came away from the AGM doing high fives. They are making $2.5m/month in operating surplus and have a fantastic exploration programme on the go, which if 25% successful will deliver $800m in value. The share price simply does not reflect this. I am not a trader, so I perhaps take a different view to these things. I am willing to buy cheaply and play the waiting game, at least for a while.
I do not know much about the bio-diesel thing, but have a generally dim view of renewables etc. This, in fact, is a great example of why everyone should take a cold shower when contemplating some sort of major shift away from tradional energy sources. Commercial reality will invariably get in the way of idealistic fantasy.
Anyway, interested in your critique and where you think they have fallen down. Cheers.
