I'm just back from a holiday that included a visit to Morocco, where I first heard about agriculture involving the Argan tree, Argania Spinosa, see e.g.

The Argan nut has uses in cooking and especially cosmetics (ladies on the tour group raved about the effects on their skin!), and the flesh surrounding the nut is useful for stock feed. The Argan tree is suitable for arid environments, but not to my knowledge grown in Australia.
I make this post just in case the concept of Argan agriculture is of interest to SHV or its shareholders.
