April 2022 was well before Milei, we'll have to wait and see how they are going in a year or two, it won't be easy at the start because they have to reset the mess, Milei has pointed this out quite clearly. Personally i think they have to deal with banks like JPMorgan, especially if they eventually move to a $US, theres no point cutting themselves off as the world is what it is, they need investment aswell.
