Bitcoin cannot be controlled by anyone or anything, you need to learn more to understand it properly, it's not the same as crypto or cbdc's or fiat and no-one control's it or owns it or has any power to change it.
Our notes people call money are just bits of paper with a pretty picture on it, it's got no capital value either.
The thing that makes Bitcoin worth something is it's rareness. Same as Gold but bitcoin is a fixed amount whereas gold can be found. Gold is also centralized in a few vaults, transactions are not transparent.
