@Lorry2022 i also thought that everyone did their own calculations. obviously many people here are proving to me that they have not done this. it's easy to invest first in search of quick money and then complain later about things that management sometimes has no influence over.
@mondyinvest to be honest, i can't narrow down exactly which property has what value. to date, according to my assessment, no property with similar characteristics to candelas has been sold. solid point from you, i actually don't have an answer to that.
i also agree with you about jp. it's easier to criticize the man behind the wheel than the ocean.
