FOLKS . please take a look at the supply contract AGM have. The deal is worth 2.2 billion over 8 years + so on an anualised EPS earnings per share basis it equates to approcx 35-40c /share per annum. tHERE is also talk of a divident payout within 18 months so plently to look forward to.
Even if nickel drops to $30,000/t NI AGM are still in a very strong position
Remember AGM cost to produce 1 ton Ni concentrate is $5,000 and the current price is $40,000 ton. They are in the box seat and have timed their start up to perfection.
AGM shareprice will be worth $1.00 well before xmas. Im picking around June-July 2007
