The definitive off take agreement with ILU and anxious governments overtake that historical context. Wolverine contributes a great deal to the quality of ILU's REE feedstock and it WILL be built, concentrate shipping to coincide with ILU's REE plant opening late 2026.
As I said above, there is a question whether this will be on the existing equity base or whether holders are diluted. Yes, there is NAIF loan funds readily available after DFS, though they will likely want to see some extra equity too. ILU's offer to subscribe for up to 19.9% of NTU may or may not be enough.
