Here is a very useful investor-focussed backgrounder on REE refining by Western Australian critical minerals analyst Dr Kingsley Jones.
He cautions on the problem of too much National Security Noise in this market. "This is important for investors to understand because the national security people will go off, on a regular basis, like so many frogs in a sock, about the need for more mines. These folks mean well, but the noise distracts attention from what is needed."

Jones' analysis here is not the entire REE story. This is not a criticism, more an alert that sector investors will really need to keep their eyes open and on fast-moving market dynamics.
I consider ILU the best placed of the players, while acknowledging TO'L & team are risking the company on the REE project - projecting it will double the size/revenues of ILU.
