If corruption involved then hopefully they clean out the old management and bring in the new, that is also more friendly to doing a NTMA.

I still think the voice referendum will shift sentiment one way or the other. But interestingly if the voice gets a no vote, then the aborigines might be pissed off and start becoming stubborn around mining leases.
