Here are two articles from Finfeed. The second one is from a stockbroker who resides in Perth. Perhaps they have handled CLZ SPPs in the past. Cant be bothered checking. The research analyst has 13 years experience so he must know something. The SP quoted in the second article is quite wrong - dont know how that has come about. Anyway for what its worth. I noticed too that the 20% free carried JV partner has around $2.5m in the bank. I was thinking perhaps Hannans will bail CLZ out by taking greater share. But then I thought they will not do that because they might end up with it by default if CLZ goes VA.
