The combination of each individuals existing and available funds, level of belief in the company and then the good old educated guess of trying to work out the bottom, all go toward the internal Yes, No or wait to buy more.
Plus, you can never be sure of when the next announcement will come out, so it's indeed an extremely interesting time.
