Does it really matter? Perhaps Arhidas was saying one share to mean a minimum parcel. Perhaps also he could buy a minimum parcel and sell all but one share. I have received one share in the past as a part order. I guess it could be likened to having to pay an account for say 10 cents or being in credit for the same and the electricity or gas company keep sending you an account at great expense. The paperwork still flows as they need to balance the books until someone wakes up and says "let's balance the books by deletion"
Anyway, it isn't important if Arhidas gets one share or one thousand shares, he obviously mentioned buying one share in ANL with tongue in cheek. Nothing would surprise though and also you must remember that although Arhidas can be serious, he can also be very funny.
