Seven months and a million dollars a week later KordaMentha have released nothing on Arrium while at the same time defending a legal case brought by Lanco claiming KordaMentha behaved in a 'deceptive and misleading' manner in hiding a negative geological report during the due diligence process for the sale of Griffin Coal. Lanco claim they payed overs for the mine due to KordaMentha's deception, Lanco now in administration with workers losing their entitlements. This from the same KordaMentha that have hidden Ansett financials for the last 10 years.
