UBS have put the Company into play with their unwanted holding, however no one will touch the company with Iron Ore prices at current levels. I note Credit Suisse value ARI at 40cents on the basis of higher (unknown) iron ore price assumptions.
Any smart investor who wanted to take a position on IO prices would realise it's cheaper and simpler to buy IO futures. A breakup is a possibility but I can't see any upside above 48 cents as UBS will surely sell at this price
