so whats th buzz..... as your post says, there are many projects that haven't come to fruition.
most companies spend a lot of time finding a suitable site. if a landholder agrees all is well, if the landholder changes their mind, as they have every right to do, game moves on to another site.
this is a nothing thread as this has happened to many companies over the years of wind turbine installation. most seem to be because the landholders want more money.
