I vaguely remember reading a blog about the step of Bentleys taking an issue to US to go through some process there.

Vague right...

anyway the process obviously means to get/gain/claim some sort of compensation ie funds....$
BUT the entity/ co/whatever had to go broke ie not be still operating...??? for the US proces/claim to be able to start/apply....

Ever the optimist, I have a feeling things are ticking along OK. but have no info to back that up.
