They are doing very nicely 'thank you' in respect of fees incurred from the sale of OUR assets. which will leave PIF investors basically financially destitute .

I think you may be referring to the legal action where Bentleys are suing Fortress for not carrying due diligence
in respect of a 200 million dollar loan given to MFS when was insolvent. Personally I think this will be very hard to prove. And in any event I believe MFS shareholders, would be entitled to a major part of the proceeds in the unlikely event Fortress loses the case.
