I know I sound like a cracked record, but I still think ARL is broke.

If I owed someone over $21 million (such as a Bank), and I have no means of income to pay back any installments or any lump sum, back, then the Bank would be obligated to make me bankrupt, and sell all my assets to payout the $21 million. I imagine this would happen straight away.

Of course ARL have produced the debt over 2012-2013, so the Bank would be pretty twitchy, in wanting their money back, by now.

I know ARL is some fancy Fund, which I suppose gets them out the scenario above, but to me they are Broke.

Could someone mention this, at the ARL Meeting coming up.
