The 45 cent is just an example of promising what everyone wants to hear. Meanwhile they go on spending (and receiving) large amounts of our money after selling assets cheaply.

The current board of ARL continues this tradition.

Sadly, there is very little chance that ARL can or will recover a large amount of the lost money. The various legal actions are the best hope for any substantial return. These legal actions will take many, many years.
