I think we all need to remember that this was part of the WCL master plan to off load the toxic loans and wind up PIF.

What amazes me, is that every thing that ARL are doing, WCL was meant to be doing over the last years.

WCL even gave an under taking to ASIC that this was exactly what would happen.

I imagine we have seen nothing yet, once the high court get their fingers into the rarified thin air of legal preponderance of such simple things to you and me..

I also assume the unit holders will foot the legal costs from the sale of the assets etc..
