Whatever is true we dont know for sure as of now,but i must say that any of the 3 HPAL project(and can put here PGM too) have much much more scandium than how much each planing to mine (as a byproduct) over their project time frame. Which i currently value rather at virtually 0, and i treat it like a great bonus upside in each case.
