ARL currently has 112 million shares, if Herron sell the remaining 5 million options by converting those to shares they will be foolish in the extreme and lose money in the process, they know that and its not in their interests to do so, their shareholders would revolt and fire the board, they know that too.
One of the MAJOR shareholders in HRR by the way is Ian Buchhorn, he's the little guy that runs ARL, in case you did not know.
ARL currently has 112 million shares in the registry, add the 5 million option's to the registry, that's now 117 million shares.
I am sure we can absorb a few million shares, somewhere
