"market still says we are better than our peers"

If your graphic is supposed to support the idea that the market says we are better than our peers, it is a misinterpretation.
The market values us significantly less than our peers.
Anyone have a reasonable opinion why? My investment hypothesis is we are highly under-valued, but maybe there is a good reason we are valued at this level relative to our peers, I personally don't see why, but this has been consistent for years.
