Not sure really what the plan is from the majors but all I know is that when a deal is struck institutions will need to come in on the register. Take note they due to market capitalisation have not been allowed to yet.
ARL is so tightly held its going to be very hard.
It's a great keeper stock even with the crazy times that are in my opinion close.
