This stock is so thinly traded ie. bid/ask stacks are literally non existent that a mere 10K share transaction can put it up 7C off the low withing the first few minutes! Technical levels outta window, buy or sell if you want to mitigate "risk". A buyer building up a stake looking to profit is near impossible to sell with so supply and neither is the accumulator besides just soaking up little volume that is there in the market because sure as hell they are not participating in the lit market!
