being green or red makes no difference to me. I only look at risk weighted value, and ask the question, can this stock double in twelve months and still be fair value based on their plans?
if the answer is yes, I tend to buy.
now sometimes that takes "belief", but most importantly it requires differentiating between a justified belief and delusional one.
