I'm not sure if you are aware of a cleanout of small fry from the register, it took place under the guise of "unmarketable parcels" recently
I hazard a guess that they are substantially reduced, so liquidity may not be coming from that segment of the register.
The so called small fry that are still here know exactly what they are in and are resilient, I don't blame them
We will have to wait for the next annual report to see how effective the cleanout was.
