Integrity is not something you can claim to have.
You have it or you don't.
You were claiming to have the best interest of shareholders in another company at heart and at the same time did not find it suitable to give them information you gave to arl shareholders.
It was also first when it was found your interest was elsewhere you acknowledged this.
As for you hijacking the 2019 agm. In my opinion it was sabotage or pure selfish interest. Such a waste of time for everyone.
As I said above. Integrity is something you have or haven't. All in my opinion.
