Imo it will be telling if they don't do a small CR soon, viz a viz their expectation that MoU will become binding at which time they can ask for a much higher CR that will be scooped up at any price like prawns at an all you can eat seafood buffet...
even at current price of 70-75 CTS which is around last CR price given mgmt financial controls we have all seen, wouldn't be an issue (dilutive) to raise 10m or so...
