Yes it’s not over until it’s over, the last extension was only for due diligence and DFS scope they didn’t change the final binding agreement at that stage or on the 29th of February , I feel they have had a template and in principle agreement for how JV is to be structured from early on rather than get to this stage and be miles apart.
So hopefully they just needed some final numbers from DFS tenders to fine tune the numbers and get it done, lot’s of talk about starting DFS in June quarter and pre DFS activities, honestly I would be understanding but disappointed if we got another extension at this late stage.
