I agree.
The top has been taken off now, the market knows there is a significant agmt about to be announced (maybe not just 1 with the JC, but with multiple govt agencies as well...ARL previously has shown a penchant to tie up a number of loose ends together or closely following). Maybe word has spread amongst the 'nickel class' that ARL is about to move into the big time....
Maybe a lot of things, but I do like the current action...!!
