I think you will find ARL started to bounce around early June before the big jump early October. I would expect this current range till June 1 then a consistent rerate, somebody is holding this down based on the size and consistence of bid/sell.
I would also expect management to hold any announcements on non KNP till after May as they will be well aware of the current games.
