Yes, but de-risking will attract the attention of funds who want a safe return. When they are confident this is going ahead and ARL will benefit well even over a long term they will start thinking about how this can generate market beating returns.

There are still a fair few hurdles to overcome, but now the Japanese are on board my opinion is that we can overcome these hurdles pretty easily. Capex and dilution was my biggest worry and now it's just dilution. I'm pretty confident we will raise the money if FID comes good, the only question is how.

I assume FID will come back positive due to the macro pressures.

Anyway just my opinion on this so take it with a grain of salt.
