I think you might find some of those improvements might manifest themselves something like this.
-Larger 2.25mtpa plant that is off the shelf and proven technology resulting in lower capex.
-From the ground to the autoclave without major screen pre-processing.
-We have a simple non clay minerology that is cheaper to process and has a simple flowsheet.
-lower residence time in the autoclave due to favorable minerology increasing efficiency.
-High quality large scale nickel project based on grade and favorable minerology.

-low neutralizer costs from the autoclave as some of it can be found on site.​

-Add value metals that contribute to cost reduction, cobalt, scandium and other byproducts.
-The possibility that we may enter into agreement with BHP's Nickel West for ore supply.
-Favorable mining jurisdiction, strongly supported by local government and favorable terms.

Additionally the global add values possibly are:
-Increasing nickel price (Class 1)
-Increasing cobalt price.
-Scandium reducing in price, but offtake increasing substantially to support emerging market.

These thoughts are all in my opinion, DYOR.
