Kablooey, you are spot on. I also had to part with some of my hard-earned ARL shares. The bears are in charge and have been driving share prices down since November 2017 (almost all battery-metal stocks have been hit the same way, even though the ASX has been creeping up in the opposite direction). If you look at ARL's chart you can see three clear shareprice peaks in Nov, January and March, as well as two smaller peaks in May and July. These last two peaks have been on low daily volumes, particularly the most recent one. Under these conditions, people are accumulating but also trying to keep a lid on the shareprice at the same time. Their strategy is slowly coming to an end, because of the ever-decreasing daily volumes. (Their gain is not worth their effort.) It may just take a few good announcements to kick start the ARL (and sector-wide) bull breakout. Usually a housing boom is followed by a stockmarket boom, so we just have to hold on amego.
