I totally agree Nic, an announcement on funding, partnership, offtake or anything in that vein, most of the early technical resistance levels will be bypassed fairly quickly. 
Anything under $0.75c is a steal, under 0.70c and you had better be very quick. there are a few of us opportunistically waiting.
I am really excited about the prospects of what might be announced at the AGM or during this week.

I still cannot believe that the top 20 shareholders own 55.4% of the company.
That the top 110 shareholders own 73.4% of the company.
That the share registry is only just over 100 million shares.
That the market capitalization currently is only $72 million.
That there are a substantial number of solid institutions involved in Ardea Resources.
That overwhelmingly the caliber of investors in Ardea Resources seem so me to be of high sophistication, have cool heads and patience.
That senior management are financially heavily committed, with a great deal of personal long term career commitment to ARL.
They are certainly not Fly In Fly Out directors, looking for a smash and grab opportunity at expense of shareholders. I have seen a few of those.

Did I mention that an opportunity awaits those willing to take action and lock those shares up long term.
For those wanting to wait for the certainty of an announcement before taking action, you might have money, but possibly no willing sellers at a price that satisfies your conservative nature.
