It’s a trade where one company holds shares in multiple entities and shifts them around with no money changing hands. Just another way to legally manipulate the SP, unfortunately the top 20 is from 2022 and has not been updated as you can somtime's see the movement.

I have come across this before with certain companies it’s not necessarily a bad thing but good to be aware of them and their tactics.

The T20 as at 7 Sep 2022 is different, as can be verified to p.60 of the 2022 Annual Report.

GEAR’s 18.2M shareholdings, being 9.38%, is spread out into several trustees. Cannot see it in the T20 list.
