Yep, you're right Kardemir, my chart was a Weekly Chart. I still don't see this as being a C&H pattern though. C&H is generally seen as being a continuation pattern. There isn't any trend to continue, price action is sideways. The cup is over 4 years wide (according to Bulkowski the Cup should be from 7 to 65 weeks in duration), and there isn't a handle. I think that only speculation will drive this stocks share price higher, not a technical chart pattern.
