I think you'll find that seller at .62c waved good bye to his 310K shares on the 15th. See posts here from that day below...
Whether or not it's the same seller (at .745 and .75 and .84) with more to give away cheaply - well, it won't matter because I feel they will be gobbled up fairly shortly .... if they remain up for sale.
