Be not self effacing Mae, Confusion is the new "NORM" for most of us these days.
Share Consolidation is a normal event carried out by Companies, often in order to put
"VALUE" back into a Share that is great in quantity, but low in price value.
In our case the "SHARE CONSOLIDATION RATE," has been deemed at 200 to 1.
As a result, the number of shares that you held prior, will be reduced by a factor of 200.
eg: Share holding pre Consolidation = 200,000 : Post Consolidation = 1, ooo Shares.
Theoretically, the original share value will increase by the same ratio, that is 200 times.
eg: Original value = .o1 Cents : Post consolidation = $2.00. However this is rarely the case
due to various reasons, but mainly because it will be re-valued by the Market in which it stands.
So Mae, your shares now, hopefully, may possibly be considered a more desirable item in terms
of Trade, than at their Original low value.
It is well to understand though, Consolidation in itself, promises NOTHING!
Kind Regards.
