Thanks for the info. Much relieved.
What about WC? Are they a limited liability company?

As you can see, I am assuming that we will never get any more money out of WC or ARL now.
Surely an Audit will be done on WC and ARL, years done the track.

The Class Action is another disappointment and I am assuming once again nothing will come of it.
So much for IMF and others thinking we had a case. It was a nice try and I really appreciate all the effort people have put in.

It is only right that WC, ARL and the Class Action lawyers inform us of that, nothing will be forthcoming and Please now, enjoy your life the best way you can.

Maybe an apology from IMF would not go a stray.
